Kraljevo - On Thursday 29th April 2010th year at 11:00 hours in the Palace of Serbia, New Belgrade was signed Memorandum of Understanding with 112 civil society organizations (CSOs) of Serbia with the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning.
From the King's five organizations signed a memorandum as follows: Ecological Movement "Willow", Ecological Movement "wire", "Reflection", "Ibar Development Association IDA of the valley and the Ecological Movement" Ibar ". Ministry and CSOs to ensure regular exchange of information on activities related to the preparation and implementation of laws and strategies in the field of environment, the implementation of international obligations, as well as other activities in the field of environmental protection. The Ministry is obliged to inform the representatives of CSOs in organizing public hearings on draft laws and other regulations in the field of environmental protection in order to take part in these activities. On the other side of the CSO will inform the representatives of the Ministry on its activities and meetings that are organized to protect and improve environmental protection in Serbia.
In the three Ministry will support CSOs have on their work and strengthen their relationship with them to facilities that exist in this sector more effectively used in the field of environmental protection. At the same time to CSOs and in accordance with their findings point to problems in the ministry of the environment that occur because of deficiencies in the legal system as well as for violations of laws and other legal acts on environmental protection. At the meeting they discussed almost all organizations CSOs from the King and left the impression that the tone of Kraljevo whether the meeting. From the Ecological Movement "Ibar" heard the call for all organizations and CSOs in Serbia to support the action "Clean Morava - Healthy Future." Minister Dulic be interested in this story and promised to come in Kraljevo and see the concept developed in KEF in Kraljevo environmental forum, which could be a model for other cities.
Dulic said that the time for all of us insist on the activities related to the policy of the Ministry and the State which intends to change the consciousness of citizens about this important issue which is reflected on health. According to him the first test of that cooperation will be fifth June the World Environment Day and the action "great store Serbia," they will invite all relevant people to clean up their yards, balconies, the street and a place where they live.
